Redd Brick Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruitment consultancy working within the UK construction industry. We specialise in the executive search of senior construction personnel across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

We work in partnership with some of the construction industries most reputable contractors. From very humble beginnings, Redd Brick was created and introduced to the construction recruitment world with a clear purpose. We aim to offer an industry leading level of service at the right cost to our clients.

We believe that candidates and clients deserve better levels of service from an industry that is unfortunately dominated by high volume and KPI focused business models.

Georgina Cook
Managing Director

George was offered her first job in recruitment after graduating from the Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Events Management. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Birmingham where she spent 5+ years working for two of the most well known construction recruiters in the Midlands, before progressing to work as a recruitment manager for a well-known London based firm in the aviation sector. Originally being from Yorkshire, George lives up to the stereotype of her friendly and down to earth northern roots.
Her vision is to work alongside construction professionals, providing a high level of recruitment with a personable touch.
